Training camps in the Bodø area.
MG09 will be perfect for clubs planning summer training camp! The week before, during the MG09 and most of July there will be trainings on a wide range of maps and terrains. THEY WILL ALL BE DOWNLOADABLE FOR FREE! (Only exception is the Ultralongdistancetraining where you have to buy the map for 50,-n.kr) THIS MEANS THAT YOU CAN DOWNLOAD AND PRINT OUT THE TRAININGS YOURSELF BEFORE COMING. If you want us to do it for you or you want offsetprinted maps it will cost 40.- n.kr pr. training pr.map(person). You can find where the different maps are if you download the overview map.

MG09 er perfekt for klubber på treningsleir og for deg som ønsker å trene godt i sommer. Uka før og etter MG står det hele 12 ulike treningsopplegg ute med postmarkeringer. Disse er for gratis nedlastning. Unntaket er Ultralang løypa fra 2004 som må være på offsettrykt kart for at du skal få full glede av den. Det koster 40,- per pers. Inne i o-campen vil det også være ei sprintløype som kun kan benyttes når campen er åpen.

9.Skråliorientering Helskog - Valnesfjord (Orienteer in technical hillside)
10.Bushorientering Naurstadeidet - Tverlandet (Rough orienteering in green limestone terrain!)
